PrecisionFill 01

The PrecisionFill 01 is a flexible semi-automatic filling machine. You can use it to fill plastic infusion bags (100 to 1,000 ml) and glass and plastic bottles (20 to 1,000 ml) automatically. The machine can achieve an output of approx. 150 containers with a capacity of 500 ml each per hour. Sealing with rubber stoppers and an aluminum cap is performed manually. All machine parts of the PrecisionFill 01 are built in conformity with GMP and FDA standards.

Technical features

1. Semi-automatic filling

Filling level can be adjusted via a display. Filling process can be started by a two-hand control unit. A high-precision hose pump with volume control is used to fill infusion bags.

2. Manual closing

Pneumatic crimping unit for sealing the caps.
