PrecisionFill 16

The PrecisionFill 16 automatic rotary filling machine offers 16 stations for the automatic filling and sealing of plastic infusion bags. 

With this filling machine, you can fill infusion bags of 100 to 5,000 ml. The PrecisionFill 16 can achieve an output of 1,000 containers with a capacity of 1,000 ml each per hour. The housing is made of stainless steel and is therefore suitable for use under sterile conditions (in conformity with GMP/FDA standards).

Exchangeable universal mount with 16 holders for all container sizes.

3. Optional sterilizable

Can be sterilized (SIP/CIP connectors optional). Filter for compressed air (0.2 µm) and nitrogen.

5. Integrated storage

Feeding systems with storage unit for rubber stoppers and aluminum caps for approx. 3,000 stoppers and approx. 2,400 caps as well as optoelectronic monitoring.

2. Easy sterilization

Easy-to-clean housing thanks to smooth surfaces and covers in important areas.

4. Smart construction

 Pneumatically driven rotation unit with safety control. Adjustable operating console with machine control unit in stainless steel. Pinch valve to start and stop filling process.
