PrecisionGrind PG11

The PrecisionGrind PG11 grinds the points of blanks measuring 1 to 2.5 mm in diameter quickly and in high quality. The machine can process up to 400 parts per minute, depending on the point geometry. Just like in the PrecisionGrind PG2, the parts are fed into the machine via a magazine system and an automatic inlet.

The transport and grinding wheels can be fully adjusted. Optionally programmable parameters ensure short fitting times for all major settings.

1. Fully adjustable

The grinding process is fully adjustable. The needle grinding machine can be fitted with an optional touch panel. 

2. Enclosed housing

The enclosed machine housing effectively dampens the noise and is easy to access from all sides. The drive, electronics and central lubrication are all integrated.
